Extension, Full Renovation, Groundworks & Loft Fit-Out
The brief was to modernise the property throughout while improving layout, natural light and long-term usability for family living. The project required coordinated structural works, internal reconfiguration and careful finishing across multiple areas of the home.
Expanding Space and Enhancing Functionality
The rear extension transformed the ground floor, creating a bright and spacious kitchen and dining area overlooking the garden. Structural works were carried out to open the layout, allowing improved flow and increased natural light through large glazed openings and rooflights.
Internally, the property underwent a full renovation, including upgraded finishes, modernised bathrooms and refreshed living areas. A new staircase was installed to access the loft space, which was fully fitted out and upgraded to create an additional bedroom. Structural adjustments and insulation improvements ensured the space met both comfort and building standards.
Externally, groundworks were completed to enhance the garden area, improving both usability and drainage while complementing the extension works.
