Full Basement, Refurbishment, Loft Conversion & Extension
The brief was to maximise space across every level of the property while delivering a modern, high-spec finish suitable for family living. This project required detailed planning, structural coordination and precise execution across basement, ground floor and loft levels.
A Multi-Level Structural Transformation
The project began with a full basement excavation and structural underpinning, creating substantial new living space below ground. Waterproofing systems were installed to ensure long-term protection, followed by a complete internal fit-out incorporating bespoke storage, integrated lighting and modern finishes.
At ground level, a rear extension reconfigured the layout to create an open-plan kitchen and living space. Structural steel was installed to support wide openings and maximise natural light. Contemporary lighting design, including feature LED ceiling details and pendant installations, elevated the finish throughout.
The loft conversion added an additional bedroom and bathroom, incorporating roof lights and careful structural alterations to maintain both aesthetic and structural integrity.
The result is a cohesive, modern home that flows seamlessly across all levels, combining structural performance with considered interior design.
